The subject of the contract is: granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 9,141,719.59 (in words: nine million one hundred and forty-one thousand seven hundred nineteen zlotys 59/100) to finance the planned deficit of the commune budget in 2022 and repayment of liabilities due to previously taken loans, as well as its service during the repayment period for the Municipality of Kłobuck.

The subject of the contract is: granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 9,141,719.59 (in words: nine million one hundred and forty-one thousand seven hundred nineteen zlotys 59/100) to finance the planned deficit of the commune budget in 2022 and repayment of liabilities due to previously taken loans, as well as its service during the repayment period for the Municipality of Kłobuck. 2. Loan characteristics: 1) Loan amount: up to PLN 9,141,719.59 (in words: nine million one hundred and forty-one thousand seven hundred nineteen zlotys 59/100). 2) Loan period: from the date of signing the loan agreement to 30.09.2031; 3) The Contractor will place the credit funds at the disposal of the Ordering Party: a) in the period: at the earliest from the date of signing the contract and at the latest by 30.12.2022 b) in tranches: - I tranche of PLN 4,500,000.00 on 15.12.2022, - II tranche in the amount of PLN 4,641,719.59 on 22.12.2022. Depending on the borrower's needs, on the basis of written applications submitted by the Ordering Party for the payment of the next tranche, within 1 working day before the launch, without submitting separate loan applications. – the loan will be activated without cash by transfer to the bank account of the Ordering Party, i.e. the Municipality of Kłobuck with the number: 39 8248 0002 1000 0000 0361 0001 Bank Spółdzielczy.
