Framework agreement for the supply and implementation of an ERP solution to support the business processes of the Flanders Marine Institute (VLIZ).

The subject of the framework agreement is the delivery and implementation of an ERP solution including the provision of software licenses and the purchase of implementation services. It is up to the tenderer to offer an integrated software solution and, if chosen, to implement it in function of the orders that are placed.

Separate orders will be given for the software on the one hand and for the implementation services on the other.

The term of the framework agreement is five years. Orders may be placed during the term of the framework agreement.
