Sandøy municipality will, via this procurement, procure services for

engineering design and construction management in order to take the project ‘Sandøytunet’ from a sketch project

to the completed building. We would like tenders for all parts from the preliminary engineering design services,

preparing the basis for the main contract, announcing the

main contract, engineering design services and construction management and builder ombudsman during

the construction process and follow-up of the project up until the completed building. The procurement

includes all disciplines involved in the project.
