The rapid provision of temporary teaching staff and educational support staff in two plots for primary and secondary education within OZHW by parties that are also open to creating an appropriate handling of the temporary hiring.
If these parties cannot offer suitable personnel (in time), the OZHW is free to recruit elsewhere.
Other personnel, such as directors, distraction managers, managers and hiring specialist knowledge, fall outside the scope of this assignment.
Teaching staff (OP)The scope of the assignment (including VAT) over the past few years has been as follows:

2020: € 65.000
2021: € 325.000
2022: € 285,000 (amount until 31-05 2022)
The years 2019 and 2020 are distorted due to the COVID period.
The maximum size of the total contract is estimated based on the years 2021 and 2022:
€ 2,000,000 in total for the next four years. It is not possible to make a breakdown per plot at the moment. Tenderers cannot derive any rights from this.
The Zuid-Hollandse Waarden education group consists of eight schools for secondary (practical) education, sixteen schools for primary education. Next to this is the Education Service Bureau. Five schools in secondary education fall entirely under the responsibility of the OZHW board and three schools where there is cooperation with other school boards for secondary education (until August 2023).
In addition, OZHW has a regional cooperation (ROOZZ) with school boards for the recruitment of staff.
