Each batch is a single-award framework agreement executed under the conditions laid down by Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 et seq. of the code of public order, without minimum or maximum amount and without re-entry into competition when awarding purchase orders pursuant to articles R. 2162-4 paragraph 3, R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the order code public. The services are settled by unit prices according to the stipulations of the acts of commitment. Prices are deemed complete. They incorporate all executions into this contract. Prices shall be firm and revisable in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed in Article 14 of the CCAP common to all lots.

Clothing complies with European Directive No. 2003-36 of 26.5.2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council, respecting sanitary requirements for the protection of persons wearing clothing.

Personal protective equipment shall comply with the requirements of the Labour Code and the standards in force on the date of notification of the award of this contract.

Clothing, footwear and equipment must comply with the decree of 5.5.2014 relating to the outfits of municipal police officers.
