The subject of this contract is: Winter maintenance of provincial roads in the winter seasons 2023/2024 and 2024/2025:

- Dr. Woj. nr 621: Droga 16/Junction Ełk Północ/ – Ełk – Nowa Wieś Ełcka – Droga 61/ Node Ełk Południe/ (11.862 km)

- Dr. voivodship No. 625: Road 621/Ełk/-Road 61/Junction Ełk East/- Sędki – Golubka – Road 61 /Kalinowo Junction (13.76 km).

Winter maintenance of provincial roads in the winter seasons 2023/2024 and 2024/2025:

- Dr. Woj. nr 621: road 16/Ełk Północ junction/ – Ełk – Nowa Wieś Ełcka – road 61/ Ełk Południe junction/ (11.862 km)

- Dr. voivodship No. 625: road 621/Ełk/-Road 61/Ełk East junction/- Sędki – Golubka – road 61 /Kalinowo junction (13.76 km)

The subject of the order shall include execution, in particular:

1) clearing snow from roads and combating slippery road surfaces, bus bays and parking lots in accordance with ZUD standards;

2) snow removal and combating slippery slopes on sidewalks, bicycle paths, bicycle and pedestrian routes;

3) purchase, preparation and storage of mixtures of sand with salt and salt;

4) removal of snow from road lanes;

5) ensuring the availability of the Contractor's employees responsible for the proper performance of the service;

6) performing maintenance of equipment after each completed winter season, as a result of which the equipment should be technically efficient, renovated, clean, complete and protected against corrosion.

7. post-winter wet cleaning of sand spilled during the control of winter slipperiness, which includes:

- cleaning the road surface at curbs, at the dividing islands,

- cleaning of surfaces on dividing islands, roadway surfaces free from traffic,

- cleaning sidewalks, bicycle paths, exits, wristbands, bus bays, bus platforms;

- treatment of longitudinal sewage, transverse (slope), edge watercourses;

- immediate and ongoing cleaning of the place of service performance by collecting and removing waste in accordance with applicable regulations.

8) preparation of material bases at distances enabling substitution of equipment within the time declared in the offer.
