The aim of the contract is to ensure that the department's properties are maintained and followed up so that the buildings' and properties' condition does not depreciate and the value is maintained.
The framework agreement is for assignments and work up to 200 000 NOK and it shall ensure an efficient and rational access to the services described in the specifications.
The awarding authority expects good quality, service and efficiency from the framework agreement partners. The awarding authority is responsible for the external and to some degree the internal maintenance of buildings and properties. Most of the work will be development class 1.
The framework agreement does not cover services for projects where painting and floor laying works are included as a part of a major renovation or turnkey contract.
