In this procurement procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a contract for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of electric vehicle charging stations, under project no. C10-I4-651, titled "Steps towards a Smart-City in Dej municipality". The project requires the creation of the technical project necessary, the supply, installation, and commissioning of 10 electric vehicle charging stations located at the following sites:

1. Parking on Carpați St. – Regina Maria
Desired stations: 1 fast station with 2 exits and 1 slow station with 2 exits.
2. Parking on C.D. Gherea St.
Desired stations: 1 fast station with 2 exits and 1 slow station with 2 exits.
3. Parking 16 February Square
Desired stations: 1 mixed station with 2 exits, one slow and one fast. The maximum distance from the connection point to the station's placement is 30 m.
4. Parking Agro-food Market
Desired stations: 2 slow stations, each with 2 exits. For this location, a power point owned by the municipality of Dej, with the possibility of connecting the stations.
5. Parking on N. Titulescu St.
Desired stations: 2 slow stations, each with 2 exits. For this location, a power point owned by the municipality of Dej, with the possibility of connecting the stations. The maximum distance from the connection point to the station's placement is 30 m.
6. Parking block UM (former boiler house – CT8)
Desired stations: 1 slow station, with 2 exits.
For this location, a power point owned by the municipality of Dej, with the possibility of connecting the stations. The maximum distance from the connection point to the station's placement is 25 m. The technical characteristics for the equipment to be supplied are provided in the specifications.

The total value of the supply contract subject to this procedure is 1,230,675 lei excluding VAT,
The number of days before which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 20 days.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 15th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
For clarification requests submitted after the indicated deadline, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.

The municipality of Dej, implements as Beneficiary the project C10-I4-651 - "Steps towards a Smart-City in Dej municipality" funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan in the calls for projects PNRR/2022/C10, component 10.
The supply contract will be concluded for a maximum period of 2 months. During this time, the design, supply, execution of works, installation, and commissioning of the electric vehicle charging stations subject to the procurement procedure will take place. Installation and commissioning will be ensured, as well as training for the designated staff.
