The contract includes the supply of heating oil to cover the heating oil requirements of the four clients for the years 2024 f. For this purpose, a framework agreement with a contract term of 2 years and an extension option for a further two years is to be concluded.

Gewobag ED intends to conclude a framework agreement with a company for the supply of low-sulphur heating oil in accordance with the list of delivery points, which, together with the other tender documents, forms the performance target.

Gewobag ED reserves the right to expand / reduce the performance target to include systems that it will take over or hand over to during the contract period.

Contract term: The framework agreement will come into force on 01.01.2024 and will be concluded for an initial term of 2 years. If neither party terminates the agreement, the term of the framework agreement shall be extended once by a further two years. The framework agreement ends after 4 years at the latest, without the need for separate termination. The individual contracts awarded up to the expiry of the framework agreement shall remain unaffected by the expiry of the framework agreement.

Contract volume: The demand to be met is about 400,000 to 550,000 liters per year, for which about 10 individual orders for about 16 tank systems are expected to be ordered.

The stated values are estimated on the basis of empirical values and can fluctuate considerably both upwards and downwards. Gewobag ED is not obliged to purchase a minimum quantity.
