The purpose of the market dialogue is to gain knowledge about the market in order to create the best possible competitive situation. Region Zealand wishes to gather the market's positions on the following points: 1. Discussion of the primary use of the solution, which is to make documents from the Health Platform and Radiology domain web accessible, initialized via DIPO. Region Zealand expects that an upcoming standard solution will communicate with the region's integration platform. 2. General conditions that are significant for the conclusion of the contract, including product range, contract terms, licenses, procurement forms, and similar. 3. Specific conditions regarding consultation on the current tender materials – the Requirement Specification and the non-functional requirements (to be shared with the meeting invitation). 4. The importance of identifying/knowing all document archetypes and similar information regarding conditions. As part of the market dialogue, a questionnaire will be used, which contains additional questions for the dialogue. For your information, it can be stated that Region Zealand will hold the market dialogue on March 11, 2025, from 10 AM to 4 PM, where the meetings will take place online, in Danish, and last up to 60 minutes. During the meetings, Region Zealand will provide a brief introduction, after which it is expected that the supplier will facilitate the remaining points 1-4 as outlined above. Finally, there will be remaining time for any other points. To the extent that the supplier has prepared a presentation for the meeting and/or brings additional materials, these can be shared with the contact person at Region Zealand shortly after the meeting. Registration can be done via email to the Board of Digitalization, klausn@regionsjaelland.dk with the subject “Registration for market dialogue on web accessibility” as well as any indication of the desired time. A response regarding participation will be provided by the end of week 10.
