The project aims to capitalize on existing urban assets and enhance the attractiveness of urban residential neighborhoods by executing integrated investments consisting of the urban regeneration of the infrastructure in the residential blocks located between the streets București, Libertății, Agricultori, and Negru Vodă in Alexandria municipality. The main works consist of:
• rehabilitation of road and pedestrian infrastructure (car and pedestrian alleys);
• rehabilitation of the site infrastructure, by rehabilitating the networks related to public utility services (public lighting, water supply, domestic and storm sewerage);
• restoration of connections to utilities (water, sewage, electricity supply);
• rehabilitation of the domestic waste collection infrastructure;
• equipping with urban furniture and its installation;
• demolition of structures in an advanced state of degradation;
• landscaping green spaces;
• setting up playgrounds;
• video surveillance system;
• Smart City system;
• ensuring specific equipment for access for people with disabilities to public services.
Fire safety measures and health and safety at work will be ensured according to current regulations for both the developed urban areas and all users of the developed urban space. There will be no distinction, exclusion, or restriction between female and male individuals.
All the requirements of current legislation in the construction field will be fully respected. Works will be executed in accordance with the attached technical documentation.
The total estimated value of the purchase is 40,961,775.63 (excluding VAT), including:
• LOT 1 – 3 neighborhoods in the NORTH Zone, with a value of 16,982,966.82 lei (excluding VAT) representing:
Connection costs (cap.2): 75,000.00 lei, excluding VAT;
Construction and installations (subcap.4.1): 15,781,485.70 lei, excluding VAT;
Equipment assembly (subcap.4.2): 250,901.38 lei, excluding VAT;
Equipment that requires installation (subcap.4.3): 709,083.48 lei, excluding VAT;
Site organization (subcap.5.5.1): 166,496.26 lei, excluding VAT.
• LOT 2 – 3 neighborhoods in the SOUTH Zone, with a value of 23,978,808.81 lei (excluding VAT) representing:

The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all clarifications on the twelfth (12th) day before the deadline for submission of offers.
