The delivery of Fire Safety Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs to properties owned and managed by Look Ahead

The services required by this contract, can include but are not restricted to the servicing and maintenance of:

i. Fire detection and fire alarm systems

ii. Mains powered smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms

iii. Emergency and escape lighting systems

iv. Fire sprinkler systems

v. Fire mist systems

vi. Fire suppression systems

vii. Portable fire extinguishers

viii. Fire mains – Dry risers

ix. Fire mains – Wet risers

x. Fire Hydrants – Privately owned

xi. Smoke control systems (example: Automatic Opening Vents AOVs)

xii. Emergency voice communication systems (example: disables refuge systems)

xiii. Evacuation alert systems

xiv. Electric control arrangements that unlock, release or open doors in the event of a fire (example: magnetic fire door holders; automatic fire door closers; acoustic fire door holders and closures)

xv. Fire blankets

xvi. Fire damper systems

xvii. Fire and smoke curtains and shutters
