The Student Centre Development consists of a three storey over partial basement building, approximate floor area 3,600 m2, providing a foyer space, studio theatre / auditorium (200 seat) in which the specialist theatre equipment will be installed, meeting rooms, offices, a shop and café, along with site clearance, new landscape paving and external works. The specialist works to the 200 seat studio theatre / auditorium comprise provision of Production Lighting Systems, Sound, Video and Communication Systems. Truss Grid, Track and miscellaneous items together with all associated cabling, cable trays and trunking.
