The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each batch will be assigned separately. The purpose of this contract is to set up festive illuminations in the Municipality of Palavas-les-Flots. The contract is concluded for a period of one year renewable three times per one year period. The maximum term of the contract is three years and twelve months. The market is divided into two lots:

— lot no. 1: supply of luminous decors, for rent exclusively. The claimant will have to plan to renew a quarter of the sets each year as part of the annual renewal of the framework agreement;

— lot 2: installation, removal, storage of light decors outside periods of illumination and maintenance of installations (relamping, replacement of damaged decors) during illumination periods.
