The subject of the contract are the services of collection and management in the process of recovery or recycling of waste, mix film with code 15 01 02 from the Municipal Installation in Czartoria commune Miastkowo. The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended). Waste destined for further management is generated on the CI sorting line in Czartoria, where unsegregated municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and raw material waste (from groups 15 and 20) are sorted. The waste will be prepared for collection by the Contractor in cubes. 2. Pursuant to Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the exercise of the right of option under the following conditions.

1) Amount of waste to be collected and managed in the order: basic value: 1 000 Mg, which is 40% of the total order - 2500 Mg.

2. Pursuant to Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the exercise of the right of option under the following conditions.

1) Quantity of waste to be collected and managed in the order: basic value: 1 000 Mg (which is 40% of the total order; see the next sentence). The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the amount of waste envisaged for collection and management – without contractual consequences by a maximum of 1,500 Mg (right of option).

2) Total amount of waste to be collected and managed: 2 500 Mg.

3) The option is the right of the Ordering Party, which may be used by him in cases of

increasing the waste stream admitted to the CI in Czartoria. If the Ordering Party uses or does not use the option, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect, in particular financial claims.
