Description:: The contracting authority, University College London (UCL) is seeking to procure consultants to undertake "Construction & Estate Management Related Consultancy Services" on behalf of UCL Estates. The services will comprise a range of construction related consultancy services on planned capital projects, long term maintenance and environmental programmes to maintain and improve the built environment of the Estate. The various "Lots" will be established as either single party or multiple party framework agreements. Services will be "called-off" in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in each agreement for each lot.
