The tendered assignment deals with Client Consultancy (BHR) for the establishment of a day care centre at Parcelvej 151/Skolebakken, 2830 Virum.

The councillors' advice concerns:

- Client consultancy in connection with the preparation of ideas, building programme and outline proposals for the establishment of a day care centre

- Client consultancy in connection with the preparation of DGNB certification of the day care centre

- Preparation of construction program and planning budget incl. User process and advice on DGNB certification.

- Client consultancy in connection with tenders in turnkey contracts in accordy with the Public Procurement Act

- Client consultancy in connection with the management of turnkey contracts in the design and execution phase, on delivery and commissioning

- Contribution to the local planning process

- As Option 1: Commissioning management of the project

- As option 2: Idea proposal for flexible daycare that can be converted to school use in the long term.

- As option 3 Preparation of idea presentations for a daycare center that is smaller than 8 groups.
