The contractor is entrusted with the complete examinations in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2018-03, i.e. with the sampling, laboratory tests, test reports and information to the client and the health authority. The contractor is solely and completely responsible for compliance with the regularity of the execution of drinking water tests in accordance with the legal and official provisions, the relevant generally recognized rules of technology, as well as the European and national technical standards and regulations.

The objects to be sampled are located in the urban area of Leipzig. The facilities are mainly located in homogeneous residential areas. These are about 740 hot water supply systems. As a non-binding forecast, the client assumes about 6,000 drinking water samples.

The service content includes announcement management, sampling, laboratory tests (analysis), preparation and handover of the examination reports as well as appointment controlling for necessary further examinations / follow-up examinations for hot water supply systems with exceeded technical measure value.
