1. The subject of the contract includes the supply of AVGAS 100 LL aviation fuel (without excise duty) in the amount of 186 000 liters for the State Higher Vocational School in Chełm.
Part of the order (approx. 36,000 liters) is implemented as part of the project "Development Program of the State Higher Vocational School in Chełm for Regional Development", co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund, contract no. For co-financing POWR.03.05.00-00-ZR38 / 18-00.
2. The detailed method of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract.
The subject of the order is the delivery of avgas 100 LL aviation fuel (without excise duty) in the amount of 186 000 liters in accordance with the product data sheet and technical conditions specified by the manufacturer to the fuel station located at the training airport of the Aviation Training Center of the State Higher Vocational School in Chełm in Depułtycze Królewskie (distance from the city limits about 5 km). In the template of the price form (Annex 3 to the ToR), for the purpose of comparing the offers, an arbitrary price for 1 liter of fuel was provided by the Employer, which comes from the price list of Warter Fuels SA in Płock of 22.10.2019. This price may change over time duration of the contract in accordance with the fuel manufacturer's price list. The Contractor's margin indicated in the offer form will be constant during the contract period. The offer does not include the cost of transporting fuel to the Employer's petrol station in Depułtycze Królewskie. The contracting authority envisages 19 fuel deliveries. The required deadline for the implementation of individual lots of deliveries is specified by the Employer for a maximum of 7 days from the submission of a written request (fax / e-mail) by the Employer. The Employer requires that aviation fuel should be delivered by cars - tanks equipped with fuel transfer pumps and a venting pipe with a fi 100 mm terminal to connect to the tank venting system. The Purchaser declares that purchases of AVGAS 100 LL aviation fuel from the Contractor will be entirely used for the purpose of conducting statutory activity in the field of aviation training of students and trainees as well as training and training of instructors. Purchases of AVGAS 100 LL aviation fuel by the Employer are exempt from excise duty, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Excise Tax Act of 6.12.2008 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1114, as amended) - on exemptions from excise duty art. 32 section 1 point 1. Appropriate confirmation of the registration declaration of the AKC-PR taxpayer of the excise duty in this case is attached as Annex 1 to the contract.
