1. The subject of the present proceedings is the supply of semi-permeable membranes, in the amount of 14 pieces (so-called brits), for the existing installation of biological treatment of municipal waste in the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant "Stary Las" Sp. z o. o.

2. The Contractor undertakes to supply a brand new membrane used to close the reactors of the biostabilization installation (external dimension of the reactor: width 1050 mm and length 2525 mm) with the following parameters and properties: a) waterproof, semi-permeable (breathable), made of polyester laminate; (b) ensuring a reduction of pollutants in the process air above 90%, the permeability of purified air and water vapour, insulation against the inflow of rainwater, insulation against drying of the material, maintaining the temperature of the process, including ensuring the hygienization of the material also at its edges; (c) consisting of at least three layers and trimmed, in the edge part, in a protective and reinforcing apron.

(c) consisting of at least three layers:

- outer layer - made of 100% PES resistant to tearing and stable to UV radiation,

- middle layer - having microporosity allowing air and water vapor to pass through, while being a waterproof membrane - ePTFE,

- inner layer - a coating that performs protective functions for the entire membrane cover, made of PES;

(d) ensuring that the process air is purified for odours, dust and bacteria in aerosols;

e) trimmed (edge part of the membrane - apron) protectively and reinforcing (resistant to abrasion), equipped with fasteners, steel eyelets for fastening and belts necessary for its fixation on the reactor.
