The subject is "Provision of maintenance services for the IP telephony system along with the delivery of necessary licenses". The description of the subject of the Order is included in the Appendix. 1 to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract, it will constitute an annex to the contract.
The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in points 7 and 8 of Article 214 (1) of the Act.
The Contracting Authority stipulates that he may first examine and evaluate tenders and then make the Contractor's subject qualification.
The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 15,000.00, in accordance with the requirements described in Chapter 7 of the SWZ.
The Contractor shall be obliged to lodge, before signing the contract, a performance bond in the amount of 5% of the total gross price specified in the offer for the performance of the contract. The requirements for the bid bond are described
in Chapter 16 SWZ.

Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is contained in Annex 1 to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract (the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement are Annex 2 to the SWZ), it will be an annex to the contract.
The Contractor or its subcontractor is obliged that the person performing the contract within the scope specified in Chapter I, point 2 letter b. OPZ, was employed under an employment contract during the period of performance of the Agreement (working time at least 1/2 full-time), within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labor Code.
