The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement with two Contractors for the execution of Minor Maintenance of Buildings and Business. In addition, the suppliers to be contracted are expected to have the necessary knowledge and craftsmanship as well as driven and customer-friendly employees. De Groeiling is unburdened and supported in every possible way in reducing the costs for Minor Maintenance. A reporter always has one point of contact per report and only has to explain their report once.
