The target of the procurement is Finavia Plc's framework agreement concerning unspecified hourly HVAC technical work and contracts at Helsinki Airport and its vicinity. Assignments based on a framework agreement are mainly related to property maintenance and alteration projects. The aim of the procurement is to conclude framework agreements with contractors who mainly use their own personnel for the work of the above-mentioned assignments. Hourly work and contracts include, for example, the following jobs:

• heat, water supply and ventilation work;

• sprinklerijärjestelmätyöt;

• cooling system work; and

• automaatiotyöt.

For clarity; The offer of all the works listed above is not a minimum condition for participation in a procurement procedure. The minimum suitability requirements for candidates are set out in more detail in the contract notice.

Based on the agreement, it is also possible to acquire various electrical supplies, rental equipment, machinery and special expertise related to the projects, as well as expert work in electrical engineering.

The hourly work and contracts to be procured on the basis of the framework agreement relate to unspecified projects at Helsinki Airport and its vicinity. Depending on the assignment, the contractor may be required to:

• responsible for the main contractor obligations in accordance with VNa 205/2009, also for the contracts mentioned separately in the Order by the Client;

• as the main contractor and main contractor responsible for the management responsibilities of the site in accordance with Section 4 of the YSE 1998; and/or

• works on a contract as a contractor responsible for site service in accordance with Section 3 of the YSE 1998.
