The contract also includes the preparation of production sites (including the development of customization software) as well as services expressed in the form of units of work as follows:- evolution of production files- taking into account a new regime- taking into account new network settings- evolution of the customization software- modification of the visual of the insert specific to a regime- cost of purchase and destruction of a thousand EHIC inserts- cost of Destruction of a thousand consumables EHIC - cost of Destruction of a thousand CEAM cardsThe contract is awarded in the form of a procedure with negotiation within the meaning of Articles L2124-1, L2124-3, R2124-3, R2142-17 and R2161-12 to R2161-20 of the Public Order Code
