Realization of maintenance and refurbishment of waterproofing complexes and securing the roofing terraces accessible and inaccessible to be realized as needed on a part of the heritage managed by Antin Résidences. This contract will consist of two technical components:
— refurbishment of the waterproofing of inaccessible or accessible terraced roofs according to the process of modified SBS sheet bitumen and securing inaccessible terraces roofs;
— maintenance of waterproofing of inaccessible or accessible roofing terraces.
DT West — departments 78,91 and 92Maintenance and refurbishment of waterproofing complexes and securing the roofing terraces accessible and inaccessible. This contract will consist of two technical components:
— refurbishment of the waterproofing of inaccessible or accessible terraced roofs according to the process of modified SBS sheet bitumen and securing inaccessible terraces roofs;
— maintenance of waterproofing of inaccessible or accessible roofing terraces.
DT East — Departments 75, 77 and 94Maintenance and refurbishment of waterproofing complexes and securing the roofing terraces accessible and inaccessible. This contract will consist of two technical components:
— refurbishment of the waterproofing of inaccessible or accessible terraced roofs according to the process of modified SBS sheet bitumen and securing inaccessible terraces roofs;
— maintenance of waterproofing of inaccessible or accessible roofing terraces.
DT Nord — departments 60, 93 and 95Maintenance and refurbishment of waterproofing complexes and securing the roofing terraces accessible and inaccessible. This contract will consist of two technical components:
— refurbishment of the waterproofing of inaccessible or accessible terraced roofs according to the process of modified SBS sheet bitumen and securing inaccessible terraces roofs;
— maintenance of waterproofing of inaccessible or accessible roofing terraces.
