A dialogue conference was held in Åndalsnes 26 January, which was announced 16.1.2015. Participation was voluntary and not obligatory for participation in the competition.

This notice is for the pre-qualification of participants for a price and design contest with collaboration and the subsequent turnkey contract.

Estimated total value excluding VAT: 217 600 000 NOK;

Areal new building — approx. 8 300 m².

The project shall be completed 14.8.2017.

Deadline for submitting documentation for the pre-qualification: Friday 27.2.2015 at 10:00.

Work schedule:

Dispatch of tender documentation: 9.3.2015.

Tender seminar: 19.3.2015.

Tender deadline: 29.6.2015.

Contracting: 20.7.2015.

Collaboration period: 13.8-11.12.2015.

Planned construction start 30.5.2016.

Completion of construction works: 14.8.2017.
