Project management contract for the repair of the thermal insulation of the facades Residence Charcot.The project management contract includes: - a firm tranche: DIAG mission-an optional tranche n°1: project management missions for the APS, APD and PRO elements- an optional tranche n°2: ACT mission- an optional tranche n°3: project management missions for the elements, VISA, DET, AOR. In addition to these traditional project management missions, the project manager will have to attend, if necessary, the judicial expert meetings and produce the specific study documents that may be requested by the judicial expert or the contracting authority during the judicial expertise (see Article 2.2 of the CCT).
