The subject of the contract includes the construction of an indoor swimming pool in Działdowo with sanitary and cloakroom facilities and a SPA complex along with the execution of the Executive Design Documentation. Detailed description of the subject of the contract in the Terms of Contract.

4.2 The subject of the contract includes the construction of an indoor swimming pool in Działdowo with sanitary and cloakroom facilities and a SPA complex along with the preparation of the Executive Design Documentation.

4.2.1 Location: Plot No. 167/11.

4.2.2 The structure will be a detached, two-storey building with a basement. The basic function is recreational services – swimming pools with cloakroom, sanitary and technical facilities.

4.2.3 As part of the land development, it is planned to build: parking spaces for passenger cars, including those for the disabled, places for buses, a garbage box, fencing, external water and sewage systems, electrical installations, including connections. It is assumed that rainwater will be used for watering green areas. Internal roads with a width of 6, 5 and 4 m, pavements with a width of 2 m were designed. Buildings of the swimming pool building – approx. 2300 m2, net area approx. 3900 m2.

4.2.4 The building has been designed parallel to Hallera Street, from this side there will be the main entrance to the building. At the entrance, there will be a hall and a billing point – the entrance to the swimming pool and cloakroom area. Toilets, a small catering outlet with facilities and facility administration will be available from the lobby. In the pool hall there is a 6-lane sports pool with an area of about 312.5 m2 with a steel basin, a recreational pool with a water surface area of about 84.5 m2 with a swimming pool for swimming lessons with an area of about 40 m2, a paddling pool for children with an area of about 32 m2, a jacuzzi bathtub and a tube slide about 55 m with a braking pool, 2 pool lifts for the transport of the disabled. The hall will feature a SPA complex with a jacuzzi and a room with a brine graduation tower and couches. There is an IR sauna, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a cooling pool, a shower unit and an experience shower. A relaxation terrace will be accessible from the SPA zone.

4.2.5 On the basement floor, technical and social rooms have been designed, and on the pool terrace there is a wet playground equipped with a set of toys that spout water.

4.2.6 The building will be equipped in accordance with the existing design of finishing and interior furnishings. In addition, it will have a server, ESOK system, pom. for rescuers and administration. It will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities (elevator) and will meet all technical and sanitary standards. It will be equipped with the following installations: electrical lighting and power supply for devices and equipment, lightning protection and grounding, heating, sanitary sewage, water supply, ventilation and air conditioning, telecommunication and swimming pool water treatment technology, renewable energy sources.

4.2.7 The area will be equipped with greenery
