The main subject of the contract is to cover residential properties with services under which municipal waste collection and management services will be provided. The waste management process is understood as all activities and treatments such as recycling, preparation for re-use processes, disposal, recovery processes. Municipal waste subject to management processes should be prepared in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste is reduced in accordance with applicable legislation.
