The purpose of this tender is to reach an agreement with one supplier who:

- The entire implementation is carried out with regard to files Unemployment Benefit Act (WW), Superstatutory Unemployment Benefit Act (BW), Resumption of Work Partially Incapacitated (WGA) and Sickness Act (SW);

- Exploiting opportunities with regard to and shape reduction benefits costs, including, but not limited to, shaping the reintegration responsibility of Yuverta Foundation to benefit-entitled (former) employees;

- Together with Yuverta Foundation, forms sustainable reintegration, sanctions, and enforcement policy and works in accordance with this policy;

- Can provide legal advice on the basis of the above topics and Yuverta Foundation can assist in any profession.

This tender is based on achieving two important goals: reducing the cost of benefits and sustainable reintegration of employees.
