The contract has as its object the supply of vehicles equipped with technical characteristics reported in the technical specification referred to in annexes ALL#0.4.1 and ALL#0.4.2, divided according to the following types:

LOT 1 n.5 LIGHT TRUCKS WITH TIPPING TANK

LOT 2 n.7 LIGHT TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH CONSTIPATION DEVICE

The vehicles offered must be equipped with technology that meets all the mandatory requirements for the facilitated discipline referred to in the National Industry 4.0 Plan, in order to have access to benefits of the law and, at the same time, of having total control, in real time, of the machine.

For the requirements of the National Industry 4.0 Plan, reference should be made to Annex A and B of Law no. 232 of 11 December 2016 which identifies the types of investment in tangible and intangible assets 4.0.

The following are included in the scope of delivery:

- transport f.co asia benevento spa headquarters;

- assistance in verifying the conformity of the vehicle;

- staff training by experienced personnel made available by the winning company;

- registration, putting on the road and delivery at the ASIA Benevento headquarters;

- the delivery of CE Certifications and User and Maintenance Manuals

- the legal guarantee according to the times and methods provided for by law (minimum 12 months)

- Interest for payment deferrals provided in the range 24÷36 months

- Installation costs for Industry 4.0 access

- Any additional and relevant ancillary cost, without exception to place the vehicle on the road, without prejudice to fuel and insurance.

The supply must be considered homogeneous for each lot, or relating to vehicles identical in chassis and equipment.
