ASSIGNMENT OF THE RENTAL SERVICE OF SYSTEMS FOR DETECTING INFRINGEMENTS OF THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS AS WELL AS FOR THE SUPPORT SERVICE FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE SANCTIONING PROCEDURES PROVIDED FOR BY THE HIGHWAY CODE, MANAGEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL LITIGATION AS WELL AS COMPULSORY COLLECTION OF NON-OBLATE SANCTIONS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF RICCO' DEL GOLFO DI SPEZIA (SP)

The object of the contract is to award the following services:

Supply, through rental of electronic devices for detection of violations of the limits of

speed to be used in a fixed location including installation, maintenance and

extraordinary;

Management and mailing service, including management software, procedures

sanctions related to the violation of art. 142 of the Highway Code, consequential acts,

as well as the investigation of further violations by Local Police personnel also through

IT tools, with legal assistance and back-office and front office at the Police Service

Local;

Administrative and judicial litigation management service;

Collection services of non-oblate sums within the terms of the law.
