Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for procurements of technical consultancy services to support work on the development and management of the contracting authority's website (system architecture).

The National Digital Learning Arena (NDLA) is hereby establishing a dynamic purchasing system for procurements of technical consultancy services to support work on the development and management of the contracting authority's website (system architecture). The contracting authority will use this scheme to procure technical consultancy services for both assistance, advice, and development. The procurements included in the DPS shall i.a apply to the following fields:

— technical architecture and solution consulting,

— UX/user experience,

— taxonomy,

— H5P libraries,

— service and application development,

— cryptosystem management,

— integration and API development.

See the qualification documentation for further information on the objective of the DPS and procurements under the system. New providers can continually qualify for participation in the system. Only qualified suppliers will have access to the procurements published under the scheme.
