The consultation aims to conclude a framework agreement with order forms for the supply and delivery of foodstuffs for the town of Allauch for a period of one year, tacitly renewable three times a year without the total duration not exceeding four years. The services are split into twelve distinct lots. For each of the lots, the services give rise to a framework agreement with order forms with minimum and maximum, in application of article R. 2162-4-1 o of the public order code.

Lot 1: fresh raw meat and poultry.

Meats cooked under vacuum.

Fresh pasta.

Charcuterie - sausage.

Lot 2: frozen foods (meat, poultry, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruit, composite preparations).

Organic frozen foods (composite preparations and vegetables).

Milk and derivatives, fresh egg products.

Milk and derivatives, fresh organic egg products.

Grocery.

Vegetables 5 e organic range.

Organic pasta, rice, fruits and pulses.

Organic groceries and preserves.
