The state service center has a need for a high-quality delivery through a strategic licensing partner. The delivery shall consist of resale of licenses for software, maintenance and support, as well as advice and expertise in various licensing matters.

To ensure the need, the State Service Center intends to sign a framework agreement with one (1) strategic license partner in order to optimize the conditions for qualitative, efficient and resource-saving license management.
