Services for defining catchment recharge areas and monitoring administrative procedures for establishing the protection perimeters of Hiis and Laloubère

The mission for the Hiis and Laloubère catchment fields supplying Tarbes with drinking water is to: define the catchment areas, draw up all the documents leading to the declaration of public utility and the definition of the protection perimeters, assist the project owner throughout the procedure. The contract will consist of one firm tranche and four optional tranches, and was declared unsuccessful following a previous consultation
