The consultation will result in framework agreements with single-attribute purchase orders in accordance with Articles R. 2162-2 and R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement is broken down into eight lots.

Bulbous plantsThe services covered by the framework agreement shall be fixed as follows: maximum annual order amount excl. VAT: EUR 8 500.
Trees, Shrubs, Climbers & RosesThe services covered by the framework agreement shall be fixed as follows: maximum annual order amount excl. VAT: EUR 25 000.
Fruit trees and shrubsThe services covered by the framework agreement shall be fixed as follows: maximum annual order amount excl. VAT: EUR 8 500.
Christmas treesThe services covered by the framework agreement shall be fixed as follows: maximum annual order amount excl. VAT: EUR 6 500.
Indoor green and flowering plantsThe services covered by the framework agreement shall be fixed as follows: maximum annual order amount excl. VAT: EUR 4 200.
Miscellaneous horticultural suppliesThe services covered by the framework agreement shall be fixed as follows: maximum annual order amount excl. VAT: EUR 25 000.
