Description:

Burdir would like, on behalf of Bufetat, to enter into framework agreements for consultancy services within the disciplines:

1. operational development and management

2. strategic and operative procurement assistance

3. financial analysis and reviews, including socio-economic analyses

4. budget and financial management

5. payroll and accounting services

6. statistics and indicator work

7. HR development

8. Recruitment and selection, primarily at management level

The contracting authority intends to enter into 5 parallel framework agreements for each of the disciplines 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 and a framework agreement will be signed with 1 service provider per discipline for the disciplines 2, 6 and 8.

The framework agreements shall be valid for a period of two years from when the contract is signed, with an option for an extension of 1+1 year.
