The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the renovation and reconstruction of premises located at 24a/2 Kniaziewicza Street (plot No. 37/13, AR-8, precinct: South), 7/6 Wybrzeże Słowackiego Street (plot No. 11/1, AR-2, precinct: South), 110/LU Krucza Street (plot No. 41/26, AR-18, precinct: Grabiszyn), 40/LU Tęczowa Street (plot No. 17/12, AR-23, precinct: Old Town) in Wrocław, along with a change of use.

The scope of the contract includes:

1) preparation and submission of the design and cost estimate documentation to the Contracting Authority in the scope described in detail in the guidelines for the development of the design and cost estimate documentation – Appendix No. 11 to the Terms of Reference,

2) obtaining and submitting to the Contracting Authority the decision of the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the Wrocław City Hall (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM) of the building permit and confirmation of the submission of an application to the WAiZ UM for the issuance of a certificate that the decision has become final for individual premises / obtaining and providing the Contracting Authority with a certificate of no objection to the notification of construction works, if such an administrative procedure is ordered by the decision of the competent monument protection authority,

3) the exercise of copyright supervision during the implementation of construction works covered by the compiled documentation.
