This service contract covers services during four years of cleaning the premises (lot 1) and windows and shutters (lot 2) and disinfection and decontamination of cells and vehicles (lot 3) of buildings in the police area of Nivelles-Genappe located on Nivelles and Genappe.

- cleaning or even disinfection of floors, plinths, furniture, doors and window sills of office premises and meeting rooms of the two police stations in the police zone, including the training center;

- cleaning or even disinfection of floors and plinths or even certain walls of technical rooms, stores and garages of these police stations and the training center;

- cleaning or even disinfection of the cells of the central and local police stations;

- cleaning or even disinfection of toilets and water areas in police stations and training centers;

- management and maintenance of dishwashers, kitchen areas, fridges, garbage cans, etc. convivial areas designated by the contracting authority;

- these cleaning and disinfection target the dirt generated by everyday life in the police stations;

- this according to a various regularity specified in the present special specifications;

- according to services spread over the morning and afternoon of weekdays (excluding weekends and holidays).

- cleaning the interior and exterior windows of these police stations and training centers,

- cleaning of the shutters of the central police station and local police station.

Disinfection and decontamination of cells (or other premises) and vehicles following biological or chemical soiling or even contamination of the cell (or the premises) or of the vehicle.
