Standing List, Main Contractors, West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Authority

Expressions of interest are invited from suitable Contractors wishing to be considered for our new Standing List of Main Building Contractors to develop new fire stations in the West Yorkshire area. Approximately nine new fire stations (of approx. value 2 m. GBP. each) are required across West Yorkshire over the next three years. Subsequent future requirements may involve other fire stations or fire authority buildings. The developments may be let in single lots or in groups.

Responses are requested from Principal Building Contractors who are able to offer a full construction and management package for traditionally tendered projects.

Interested parties should respond to the address stated, providing a summary of their capabilities and previous working experience of similar project involvement and public sector or ‘Blue Light’ working. They should provide organisation details, financial details, banking and operating references, organisation policies and arrangements.

Submission details must be timely and in accordance with the full requirements of the OJEU Notice. Failure to provide all relevant required information may result in disqualification. Responses will be assessed for suitability during shortlisting procedures.
