2. The subject of the contract is the delivery of printers and multifunctional devices (hereinafter referred to as equipment) to the common courts of the Kraków, Katowice, Lublin, Łódź and Wrocław appellate area together with the provision of equipment guarantee services.

3. The subject of the order was divided into 2 lots:

Part 1- Printer type 1 - MONO LASER A4, in quantity: 913

Part 2- MFP type 1 - A4 MONO, in number of pieces: 281.

The minimum warranty period required for each type of equipment is indicated in Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the object of the order.

1. Subject of the contract and procedure in Part I:

The subject of the order in Part I is the delivery of: Printer type 1 — MONO LASER A4, in the quantity of units: 913 (hereinafter referred to as equipment) to the common courts of the Kraków, Katowice, Lublin, Łódź and Wrocław appellate with the provision of equipment guarantee services.

The minimum required warranty period for equipment is indicated in Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the object of the order.

2.The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of submitting partial tenders for one or both parts of the contract.

3. A detailed description of the object of the order, containing the technical specifications of the equipment broken down by individual parts of the order is Annex No 2 to the SWZ.

4. The list of units of the judiciary for which the contract is awarded includes Annex 8 to the SWZ.

5. The quantity of equipment delivered in order to individual locations, broken down by individual parts, together with delivery addresses, is indicated in the list of supply locations of Annex No 9 to the SWZ.

6. Units may assert their warranty or warranty rights under the terms laid down in the Agreement.

The object of the order in Part II is the delivery of: multifunctional device type 1 — A4 MONO, in the quantity of units: 281 (hereinafter referred to as equipment) for the benefit of the common courts from the area of appeal of Krakow, Katowice, Lublin, Łódź and Wrocław, together with the provision of equipment guarantee services.

The minimum required warranty period for equipment is indicated in Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the object of the order.

2.The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of submitting partial tenders for one or both parts of the contract.
