Molde Eiendom KF will build a new addition east of the existing building mass at Råkhaugen Welfare Centre. The addition will be connected tot he remainder of the building mass and will function as part of the Welfare Centre. The addition will consist of three departments with 24 nursing home places and associated premises and outdoor areas.
