Rehabilitation of piping and non-visitable connections with the aim of improving the structural condition and waterproofing. The contract is conducted according to an open tender procedure as provided for in Article R. 2124-2 1º of the Public Order Code. The form used for the performance of the contract is a single-attribution framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2, R. 2162-4 1º and R. 2162-6 of the Public Order Code:

— minimum amount: EUR 2 000 000 excluding VAT,

— maximum amount: EUR 10 000 000 excluding VAT.

This contract is concluded for a period of four years from the date of notification.
