Supply and delivery of food products for the City of Pecq
The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of food products intended for the preparation of meals by municipal catering, nurseries and multi-reception of the City (kitchen on site).

The procurement procedure used is: the open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum made in application of articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms as and when required.
Each framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator.
Fresh meat other than poultry
Lot 1 is for the supply and delivery of fresh meat other than poultry. It will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with minimum and maximum and is concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms as and when required. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The minimum and maximum amounts of orders for the initial period of the contract are defined as follows: minimum excluding VAT: 20,000 EUR, maximum excluding VAT: 60,000 EUR. The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
Dairy and poultry products
Lot 10 is for the supply and delivery of dairy and poultry products. It will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with minimum and maximum and is concluded in application of Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms as and when required. The Framework Agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The minimum and maximum amounts of orders for the initial period of the contract are defined as follows: Minimum (HT): 40,000 euros Maximum (HT): 100,000 euros The amounts will be identical for each renewal period
Groceries and non-alcoholic beverages
Lot 11 is for the supply and delivery of groceries and non-alcoholic drinks. It will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with minimum and maximum and is concluded in application of Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms as and when required. The Framework Agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. Alcoholic drinks
Lot 12 is for the supply and delivery of alcoholic beverages. It will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with minimum and maximum and is concluded in application of Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms as and when required. The Framework Agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The minimum and maximum amounts of orders for the initial period of the contract are defined as follows: Minimum (HT): 800 euro Maximum (HT): 6,000 euro. Lot 2 is for the supply and delivery of fresh poultry.
