"Cité Dries-Elan: insulation of the rear facades and replacement of the frames of 84 dwellings and interior renovation of 48 dwellings."

The works concern on the one hand the insulation of the rear facades of all the buildings, as well as the replacement of all the frames and on the other hand the interior renovation of 48 dwellings with upgrading to habitability standards, electrical compliance, removal of gas and replacement of individual boilers by collective heat pumps. The market is divided into 2 lots.

Lot 1 concerns the insulation of the rear facades and the replacement of all the front and rear frames of the buildings on rue de l'Elan 59, 61, 63, 65, 67, 69, 71 and 68, 70, 72, 74, 76, 78 and Dries 34 and 36. This project is carried out in an occupied environment.

Lot 2 concerns the interior renovation of the 48 dwellings located rue de l'Elan 59, 61, 63, 65, 67, 69, 71 and Dries 34. This project is carried out in an empty environment. ».

Insulation of the rear facades of the street of Elan 59; 61; 63; 65; 67;69 ; 71; 68; 70; 72; 74; 76;78 and Dries 34:36; 38 in the environment occupied by the exterior including the replacement of all front and rear frames by new wooden frames with double glazing and OAR (adjustable air intake)

1- Insulation of the rear facades of the street of elan 59; 61; 63; 65; 67;69 ; 71; 68; 70; 72; 74; 76;78 and Dries 34:36; 38 from outside

2- The replacement of all front and rear frames by new wooden frames painted white with double glazing with OAR (adjustable air intake opening)

1. Creating a bathroom with bath

2. Creating a separate kitchen

3. Type C + ventilation (static input – mechanical extraction)

4. Electrical Refurbishment

5. Improvement of thermal insulation: insulation of the front facades from the inside and floors on the ground floor (front part, top of the cellars)

6. Improved acoustic comfort

7. New collective heat pumps (HP) per building

8. Relocation of electricity meters (specific technical rooms) and gas removal

9. Creation of bicycle & stroller storage spaces
