MHH intends to conclude a framework agreement for supporting services for the infrastructure and product support of the Microsoft (365) collaboration products used in MHH.

MHH Information Technology (MIT) is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and manages various Microsoft products, including SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange, etc and various cloud counterparts. Comprehensive information can be found in Appendix 10 Service Description.

The term of the framework agreement begins after the contract has been awarded on 01.07.2023 or after the contract has been awarded.

The minimum contract period is 24 months. The contract is automatically extended for a further 12 months if it is not terminated in writing no later than 3 months before the end of the contract period. The maximum term of the contract, including extensions, is 48 months.
