The purpose of this Regulation is to acquire a human resources management information system (HRIS) to replace the existing tool that has not been maintained.

The internalized HRIS should make it possible to cover the functional perimeter based on the following areas:
Administrative management, payroll and its associated declarations (including the DSN), time management (absences, holidays, RTT...), reporting and query, training management, talent management and payroll management.
This tool must be interfaced with the IT systems in place (Accounting, Planning and Business Intelligence) it being specified that the role of the candidate is to develop the interfaces.
In this context, Genavir is looking for a candidate able to support it in the implementation of the IT solution(s), whether in terms of project management and post-start-up assistance.
