The Contracting Authority wants to enter into framework agreement with 1 tenderer in each area for all service, maintenance, function control and calibration of technical equipment in our inspection halls and outdoor inspection stations. Cf. overview of equipment in the Southern Region. Tenderers are free to choose if they wish to give a price on 1 or all areas.

In addition, the agreement includes repairs of the equipment, both repairs of faults/defects that are revealed during ordinary agreed service visits and faults/defects that may arise between the agreed service visits.

Part/components that need replacing shall be ordered and attended to by the tenderer. Purchasing of parts/components will be invoiced to the individual area.
