1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Municipality of Biała Podlaska and the organizational units of the City referred to in Chapter IV, paragraph 3 of the SWZ. 2. The estimated total demand (quantity) for electricity is 6 873 840 kWh, according to the following summary illustrating the energy demand in each tariff group:
1) C11: 535 412 kWh
2) C12b:
- day zone - 1 645 104 kWh;
- night zone – 3 361 414 kWh;
3) C12a:
- peak zone – 6 971 kWh;
- off-peak zone - 20 959 kWh;
4) C21: 1 135 419 kWh;
5) B22:
- day zone - 31 245 kWh;
- night zone - 128 721 kWh;
6) G11: 8 595 kWh

2. The purpose of this joint procurement is to harmonise rates and simplify the rules for the settlement of active electricity consumption. The Contracting Authority intends to achieve the above in particular by obtaining one, fixed price per kilowatt hour, appropriate for individual tariff groups, therefore the offered unit price of electricity must include all additional costs and fees related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, including in particular those resulting from commercial balancing or fixed costs of commercial fees.
3. The Ordering Party requires the implementation of the subject of the contract in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, except that the commencement of the sale of electricity in the scope of each electricity consumption point will take place no earlier than after the effective termination of the contract under which the Ordering Party has so far purchased electricity and the effective implementation of the process of changing the seller from the DSO.
